About Our Company
Instant Restoration is a licensed property damage restoration company operating in Southern California. CSLB License #1078518. We serve Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and Orange County.
Services
Instant Restoration provides mold remediation, water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, flood damage cleanup, sewage cleanup and sanitization, and reconstruction and build-back services. All work is performed in accordance with IICRC standards (S500, S520, S540) and applicable California building codes.
Service Agreements and Scope of Work
All restoration projects require a signed scope of work or service agreement before work begins. The scope of work details the specific services to be performed, estimated timeline, and associated costs. Any changes to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional work discovered during a project will be communicated to you before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. For insurance-related claims, we work directly with your insurance company when authorized. Any amounts not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the property owner. Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Insurance Claims
We regularly work with insurance companies on property damage claims. We can assist with documentation, photos, moisture readings, and other evidence for your claim. We do not guarantee insurance approval or coverage amounts. The property owner remains ultimately responsible for payment of services rendered.
Property Access
By engaging our services, you authorize Instant Restoration and its technicians to access the affected areas of your property as needed to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for securing valuables and personal items not in the work area. We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during restoration work.
Warranties and Guarantees
Specific warranties are outlined in your individual service agreement. All work is performed to IICRC industry standards. Warranties may be voided if the property owner fails to address underlying causes of damage (such as ongoing leaks) or modifies completed work without our consent.
Limitation of Liability
Instant Restoration’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided under your service agreement. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from the property owner’s failure to follow our recommendations. We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage for your protection.
Emergency Services
Emergency response services are available 24/7 with a target 55-minute arrival time. Emergency service fees may apply and will be communicated before work begins. Emergency work initiated verbally will be followed up with written documentation.
Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve all concerns directly with our clients. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at info@instant-restoration.com or (818) 486-6546. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
