How fast can you arrive?
Our target is under 55 minutes anywhere in our service area. Actual response depends on traffic and how many active jobs we have — we’ll always give you an honest arrival window when you call.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes. With your authorization, we coordinate documentation directly with your insurance carrier and adjuster. We know how property claims work — what documentation adjusters need, what arguments succeed, where claims get denied. We handle the back-and-forth so you don’t have to.
Is there a charge for an estimate?
No. We don’t charge for on-site assessments. You’ll receive a written scope of work with pricing before any work begins. You decide whether to proceed.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. California licensed general building contractor (CSLB, B-General Building) with Hazardous Substance Removal (HAZ) certification. IICRC certified in water restoration, mold remediation, and sewage cleanup. Fully insured for general liability and workers’ compensation. License is publicly verifiable at www.cslb.ca.gov.
What if the damage is contained or not urgent?
We still respond — non-emergency scheduling is no problem. Call us or submit the form, and we’ll schedule a no-obligation assessment.
