Scope you can trust
We bid the work that’s actually needed. Cat 1 water gets bid as Cat 1, not Cat 3. A 200-square-foot area gets bid at 200, not 600. We don’t pad estimates to absorb future change orders — the scope you see is the scope we work.
Accurate scope, clean documentation, no fight on standards. Call (818) 486-6546 — we answer 24/7 across LA, Ventura, and Orange counties.
You know which contractors document properly, scope accurately, and communicate cleanly — versus the ones who inflate scope and turn a routine claim into a three-month dispute. We’re built for the first category.

Every job includes photo documentation, moisture readings, affected-material inventory, a scope-of-work breakdown by IICRC standard, daily progress notes on multi-day jobs, and final clearance documentation — in the format your carrier’s claim system expects. You don’t have to translate.
S500 for water & sewage, S520 for mold remediation, S700 for fire & smoke — industry standards your carrier already recognizes. We document each step against the applicable standard, so the file shows compliance throughout.
With the policyholder’s written authorization, we communicate directly with you — scope updates, scope-change documentation, supplemental requests with full justification. We don’t go around you to the policyholder or vice versa.
If we open a wall and find more damage than the original scope, we document it immediately, photograph it, give you the updated scope in writing with IICRC-standard justification, and wait for authorization before continuing. No supplemental sprung on you at the end of the job.
That’s a separately licensed role. We’re the contractor — we document the damage, we work to scope, we follow IICRC standards. We don’t negotiate coverage on behalf of the policyholder.
Each damage type is documented against the IICRC standard your carrier recognizes — in the format your claim system expects. No translation, no rework.

We don’t perform clearance on our own remediation. Independent industrial hygienists handle testing — which removes the conflict-of-interest issue that comes up when remediation companies self-certify their work.
